Reports

As well as listing your learning opportunity information on our websites and making it available to our helpline advisors, we can also provide useful business intelligence about what type of courses learners are currently searching for. The reports available on Provider Central give you a taster of the type of information we can provide. 

• Bookings Report - this report provides information on how many bookings have been made per calendar month via the ILA Scotland scheme.
   
• Search Activity Report - this report provides information about website activity per calendar month. It details the total number of searches taking place, the number of searches which led to a learner viewing full details of a course and the number of searches returned zero results. By clicking on the green bar in the 'searches' column, it is possible to view the top 250 keywords that learners searched on in a particular month, including whether the search returned zero results or < 50 results.
   
• Subject Popularity Report - this report details the overall popularity of the different subject classifications as well as the number of searches for the current calendar month for each classification.
   
• Website Popularity Report - this report provides a daily breakdown of website activity. It details the number of unique visitors to the website, as well as the number of individual searches performed.
   
• Geographic Report - this report provides information about the locations being specified during searches of the website. Each blue dot on the map represents a location specified in a search during the selected calendar month. Clicking on a dot displays details of the number of searches with that location specified and the keyword(s) used in the search(es).
