Timing Updates

Your specialist will contact you at least once a year to make sure the details listed for your courses are correct, however it is always a good idea to plan ahead. The timeline below illustrates how you might want to organise your updates to get maximum visibility on the websites for your training courses.

 

Timeline for Planning updates in PROMT

You should aim to add course and opportunity information to PROMT at least three months (and up to a year) in advance of the start date. In the run up to the start date(s), you should monitor uptake and inactivate any opportunities which become full or add any additional dates as necesary. Opportunities will only be visible on websites for a maximum of 28 days after the start date and often less - as such future dates should be added at this time.
