Provider Tab

 

When you log into PROMT, the first screen you see will be the first of 3 tabs (see above) available to you in PROMT - the provider tab welcome screen. This screen details information currently held for your organisation. If any of the details are incorrect, please contact your specialist in the information services team to arrange for them to be amended.  This screen also shows the number of courses and opportunities you currently have listed in PROMT, and the number of courses currently showing on the learndirect scotland websites.

 

You may notice that on the provider tab, the majority of the icons on the toolbar are not available to be used at this stage. These icons are for use on the ‘Courses’ and ‘Opportunities’ tabs.

 

 

The top section shows the details we currently hold for your organisation name and main address, while the bottom left section details all of the people in your organisation with login details for PROMT. If any of this is incorrect, please inform your specialist in information services on 0141 285 6100. The bottom right section details the number of courses and opportunities you currently have listed in PROMT, and the number of courses currently showing on the learndirect scotland websites.
