To access the PROMT provider reports, click on the reports icon on the toolbar or select 'reports' from the Tools drop-down menu.
What are PROMT Provider Reports?
PROMT provider reports give you access to a wealth of information. As well as information on the courses that are already listed for your organisation, these provider reports also give you access to business intelligence, with information on a range of issues which could help you, as providers, to predict and react to future trends and demands, as well as to see how to better present the courses that you already run.
Not only can you find out at the click of a button which of your courses are no longer visible on the learndirect scotland websites, but you can also generate reports which will show you what kinds of keywords learners are using to search for courses, as well as which are the most popular subject groups being searched on. For those who want to determine what will be the 'next big thing', PROMT reports also provide information on which learner searches return the fewest results, giving you the opportunity to identify and cater for future learner demand.
