Advanced Search

The advanced search feature of PROMT allows you to filter the courses and opportunities showing on the datagrid. There are a number of different ways to access the search screen - select ‘Search’ from the dropdown menu, click the advanced search button or click the search icon on the toolbar. The advanced search box will appear.

Step 1:

Select the field you want to filter on from the first drop-down menu

 

 

Step 2:

Select the required expression from the second drop-down menu

 

 

Step 3:

Specify the value you wish to search on in the third search field

 

 

Step 4:

Once the required search has been defined, click 'Add' to confirm the filter in the grid. Once the filter(s) have been specified in the search grid, click 'Search' to narrow the courses / opportunities visible in the datagrid.
