PROMT Reports
For those who want to determine what will be the 'next big thing', PROMT business intelligence reports can provide information allowing you to react to trends and opportunities in the market.
As well as finding out at the click of a button which of your courses are no longer visible on the Skills Development Scotland websites, you can also generate reports showing you the keywords learners are using to search for courses, as well as which are the most popular subject groups, and which searches are returning the least results.
To access PROMT's business intelligence reports:
- Log into PROMT
- Click the reports icon on the toolbar in PROMT. A new window will open up.
- Click 'Fetch Reports List' on the top left hand side of this window. Reports and Refresh List will appear in the left hand column.
- To select a report click on the plus symbol to expand the list.
- Select the required option.
