PROMT is the free software which allows learning providers to add their courses to the national learning opportunities database (NLOD).
It is easy to use, and there is a user guide to take you through it, step by step.
Whether you are a brand new user or just want to brush up on your PROMT skills, there are a variety of support options.
- The PROMT user guide can be downloaded or you can view specific pages online. It offers guidance on every aspect of using the software including uploading a new course, editing and publishing, managing course dates, and shortcuts that can save you time.
- Short clips which demonstrate how to carry out a variety of tasks in PROMT. Simply watch the relevant tutorial online then have a go yourself in PROMT.
- If you have any problems using PROMT you can request help from our application support team by visiting the Helpdesk section of this site.
- If you would like to speak to someone directly about any aspect of PROMT, you can call the Information Services team. You will be put through to your designated contact on the team, who will be more than happy to answer any queries you have on the software.
