PROMT Support
Although PROMT is easy to use, we understand you might need support from time to time. Whether you are a brand new user or an existing user who wants to brush up on your PROMT skills, there are a variety of support options for you to make use of.
- A comprehensive user guide which introduces users to all of the features of PROMT and explains each step required to upload course information to the national learning opportunities database (NLOD) using PROMT. The user guide can be downloaded and printed out or viewed online.
- Short clips which demonstrate how to carry out a variety of tasks in PROMT. Simply watch the relevant tutorial online then have a go yourself in PROMT.
- If you have any problems using PROMT you can request help from our application support team by visiting the Helpdesk section of this site.
- If you would like to speak to someone directly about any problems you may be having when using PROMT, contact your specialist in the Information Services department. He or she will be more than happy to talk you through using the software over the telephone.
