Learning providers can engage with Skills Development Scotland (SDS) in a variety of ways. Benefits of engaging with SDS include:

Services
National learning opportunities database (NLOD)
- Register on the NLOD for free or update your existing courses to make them available to learners through our websites and helplines.
Bulk Import Facility using XCRI
- If you offer a large number of courses and are able to format your course information appropriately, you can use the bulk import facility to transfer your course data straight on to the NLOD.
National Training Programmes (NTPs)
- SDS works with learning providers to deliver funded National Training Programmes: Modern Apprentices, Get Ready for Work and Training for Work.
Individual Learning Accounts Scotland (ILA Scotland)
- ILA Scotland offers learners £200 accounts to spend on learning. Find out more and see if you are eligible to take part in the scheme.
- SAAS now offer a £500 fee grant as a replacement of the ILA500 scheme.
Branded Learning Centres (BLCs)
