Branded Learning Centres

Branded Learning Centres (BLCs) offer different ways of learning that are often more informal and flexible than traditional settings. Support for learners is crucial to the success of a BLC, and at the heart of this support is the Pledge to Learners.

If you are interested in becoming a BLC, you must have your full provision of learning opportunities listed on the national learning opportunities database NLOD; see our NLOD Registration page for further details.

You also need to complete an online survey in order to assess whether or not you are ready to apply to become a BLC.

If successful, a full application form will be sent to you by email.

The Pledge to Learners Toolkit will help you when completing your application. The assessment process takes approximately 3 to 4 months once your completed application has been submitted.
