Explore PROMT 4!

New year, new PROMT - and a whole host of new features.

PROMT 4, the latest version of learndirect scotland's Provider Opportunity Management Tool, was released in December. Since then, more than 1100 PROMT users have received their copy of the updated program, allowing them to review and organise their course information at their own pace, from the comfort of your own desk.

With improved layout and brand new Business Intelligence Reports, PROMT 4 can now help providers target learners more effectively. Not only can users check course website visibility at the click of a button, they can also generate reports showing the most popular learner searches.

Layout improvements include:

• The provider tab welcome screen now shows organisation information, including address and contact details, and the number of courses and opportunities visible to learners.
• The toolbar has been relocated from the top of the screen to the left hand side
• Courses not visible on the websites are now highlighted in grey
• Offer types of ILA (Individual Learning Account) Scotland courses (£100 scheme or £200 scheme) are now shown, both in the datagrid and the opportunity extras tab
• All dates are now entered using calendars
• A comments field has been added to the opportunity extras tab, which may be used by Learning Information Specialists to give feedback on PROMT submissions
• A provider opportunity ID field has been added to the opportunity extras tab , creating the option to give individual opportunities IDs
• Selecting a venue has been made easier using the new venue search function
